Prepare the implementation process of our business model in the market with clear action plan and time frame (list of assigned project targeting very high hit rate),
Ensure to cover 100% the list of assigned contractors and create strong relationship,
Have efficient market overview in order to adapt our strategy for an effective and aggressive action plan in the market,
Regular review with the channel partners on their performance and share the market updates to have better penetration to the market,
Ensure distribution of projects to the channel partners for having a balanced business with a healthy approach to the market,
