ACK is seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Officer to be part of its growing Human Resources team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the recruitment
activities for the college. This is a career development opportunity

The Senior Recruitment Officer will be primarily responsible for providing operational and organizational support to the Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
Essential:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment field (preferably in an educational field).
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
• Extensive knowledge of the specific requirements for the recruitment of both local and expatriate staff within a private sector organization.
• Knowledge and application of Kuwait Private Sector Labour Laws, including all current amendments.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and work on a variety of other software packages.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion and confidentiality skills.
• English and Arabic Language proficiency.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, and as a member of a team.
• Work Ethic.
• Professional Appearance.
Desirable:
• Master degree in Human Resources or MBA.
• HR certification in recruitment skills.
