To enhance our customers experience at various showroom and service touch points towards creating advocacy, retention, and expanding the customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
Assess all customer tough points as point of sale and service
Recommend and implement agreed improvement plans
Monthly implementation of POSM at outlets
Work with facilities management, suppliers and sales managers towards the implementation of refurbishing and customer experience improvement plans
When needed, deal with GM towards getting approvals of improvement plans as per the CI
Be the reference on all CI related subjects
Monthly visits to key competitors outlets and report to management any changes in their customer experience offering or benefits offering that can influence our satisfaction or perceptions scores against our potential customers
Proactively recommend new ideas that can help us improve our satisfaction levels and sales.
Work with Sales towards finding cost effective ideas to boost the sales process and delivery satisfaction.
Work with service managers & supervisors to improve retention and satisfaction through the implementation of agreed ideas at tough points
Work with the digital specialist to design customer solution that improves their convenience and experience.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and service teams to set the yearly plan and targets.
The role is expected to interact with showroom managers, general sales manager, service manager, general sales manager, finance manager, facilities, agency, 3rd party supplier, marketing team and VP
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
MBA Essential (graduating in either 2010 or 2011)
Fluent spoken Arabic and English Essential.
Experienced in optimized retail and customer experience - luxury brands or hospitality preference. min 3-5 yrs exp
Customer centric personality
Good communication and people management skills
Good understanding of customer service principles and practices
Ability to quickly adapt to different situations and work well under pressure
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Essential to have fluent spoken Arabic and English. Apply Online
